Stephen Grant Green

Stephen has practiced architecture for over 20 years in such places as Indonesia, San Francisco and Hawaii. He has worked on projects from high-rise developments in China, resorts in Belize and Fiji, as well as high end residential in Hawaii. Stephen is licensed in Hawaii and Idaho and is LEED AP certified. His designs have been published in several leading books and periodicals and his work on the Jinling Tower in Nanjing was exhibited at the 2004 Venice Biennale.


Kirsten Marie Davids – Interiors

Kirsten collaborates with the SGA team on all aspects of interior design in Hawaii and Idaho.  Her expertise in space planning, composition, color and texture adds a certain depth to our projects, whether custom residential or commercial.

Her ability to consistently bring new ideas and work seamlessly with the architecture, allows our work to maintain a unique character that stands apart.

Megan Livingston – Project Manager

Megan was raised on the Big Island of Hawaii and is a graduate of UH Manoa in Honolulu.  She has been contributing to SGA for the last seven years primarily with custom residential.  She is well versed in Revit and coordinating project documentation.


Seth Warner – Project Manager

Seth is a Big Island native and has experience working with Skidmore Owings and Merrill in San Francisco, as well as a 3 year sabbatical working in Chile.  He has a great design sensibility whether contemporary or traditional. He has extensive knowledge of plantation style Hawaiian homes.


Nick Civitano – Project Manager

Nick hails from California, but has been on the big Island for the last decade.  He has a great understanding of construction which is invaluable to the team. He has been assisting SGA with all aspects of design and documentation on residential and resort projects.
