This 5,600 sf custom home is located in Northern Idaho overlooking lake Coeur d'Alene in the Black Rock Development. The sloped site is relatively small compared to the other lots in the neighborhood and had several inherent restraints. Navigating the site challenges with the strict development design rules, as well as the owner requirements, we sought to create a home that had eloquent massing and felt integrated with the land. Construction commenced in October of 2025 and is scheduled to be completed in early 2027.
